Pago Pago - American Samoa
We arrived at Pago Pago on the island of Tutuila, American Samoa on Thursday the 19th of January 2017. Apart from everybody driving on the right side of the road and a number of big American Pickups, the culture is similar to Samoa to the west. The Port of Pago Pago is an important base for the American Tuna fleets. There is one operating cannery,(the second closed recently) providing most of the employment on the island
It does have two McDonalds and a couple of shopping centres out of town
